System health

One row per check, each stating its own bar. Read straight from bcw.system_health — the same board Supabase shows with nothing running. A FAIL is a real, unwired gap, not a warning.
Reading the board…

Field Command

Action owed and decay across every event and signee — no stages, no conversion math. Drill into a signee, flag concerns into the action cart, and draft a check-in that speaks to exactly those items.

Launch

Stand up and verify one event across every role — you, the client manager, the reps/AEs, and the setters in the dialer — without opening four windows.

Team Management

Mirror a client’s HubSpot org — or set a team up by hand. A person with no team is client-wide (the default). Nothing is ever written back to HubSpot.

then choose how their team is defined:

Sales Targeting

A targeting assignment = a client (or one of its teams) × a target list. The client's ICP drives everything; attaching a list materializes its verified companies; assigning a team means that team's reps work it. Codes are minted in Signee access.

Create or edit an event

Event id: auto from event name
Scoring runs automatically when a list attaches. To re-run after rubric edits, use the ↻ Re-score button on the event's row above.

Who is targeting what — every client, its teams, and the lists joined to each.

Target Lists

Drop a company list and the pipeline runs right here: clean → fetch websites → firmographics → AI extraction → verify. Cold Call = fresh targets. Nurture = a client's existing accounts — matched against their book first so nothing is bought twice. Nothing touches a client's companies until you approve.
Drop the CSV here, or click to choose a file — enrichment starts immediately
Minimum columns: Company Name + Website. Everything else is optional.

Existing accounts of a specific client. Rows are matched against that client’s book by domain — known accounts pull their scoring and plays forward (no re-spend); only genuinely new rows go through enrichment. The next-play-from-history read arrives once the client’s HubSpot activity is connected.

Signee access

Mint a code per signee — locked to one event (they see only that event's client and list), private pipeline (only what they create), fixed expiry. The code is shown once; copy the ready-made line and send it to them.
CLIENT MANAGER — OPENS THE PORTAL (LAUNCH DESK), NOT THE FIELD APP
STAFF — OPENS THIS CONSOLE UNDER THEIR OWN NAME
Shown once — it is never stored in plain text. Copy it now.

Issue & download codes

Reissues a fresh code for every active signee & manager in one event and hands you a spreadsheet to distribute. The old codes stop working — send the new list. Codes stay hash-only in the system; the file is the only copy.

Every console write is recorded under the staff member’s own name. Once a named owner exists, retire the shared password (OWNER_PASSWORD_RETIRED=1 in Vercel) — the board’s master password row tracks it.

Clients

One reusable ICP profile per client — who they are, what a great customer looks like, how the six signals are weighed. Events point at a client, and every score, email, and battlecard speaks as that client.
Positioning narrativethe why
The client's ideal customer in their own words — open text. The AI reads it before scoring any company (soft exclusions like “avoid franchises” count), and can draft the rubric below from it.

The six signals

Labels, definitions, and weights are this client's own; the arithmetic never changes. Weights must sum to 100.
Weights: 0 / 100

Everything that makes Eclipse this client's own, set here instead of in code. Saved separately from the rubric (Save setup below). Values left blank take the defaults shown.

Calls and alerts

Logging address

Reps send follow-ups from their own email. When the app opens their mail it puts this address in BCC; an email that arrives here from a rep of this client (their email is set on the Signees list or in the client portal) to one of this client’s contacts marks the follow-up sent. Anything else is held for review below. Replacing the address stops the old one at once.

Weekly delivery

Do-not-call list

Numbers this client must never be sent: hidden from every rep's Targets and from the dialer. Paste one per line (a CSV works: the first cell that is a phone number is used). Numbers can only be added here; removing one is a staff SQL procedure.

Existing customers

Businesses this client already serves: never deposited by the feed and hidden from every rep's Targets. Paste or upload their customer export (GorillaDesk or any CSV with a header row: a name column such as Customer Name / Company / Business Name, an address such as Service Address / Address / Street, plus City, Zip, Phone). A match needs the same phone, the same street address in the same zip or city, or the same name in the same zip; a name alone never hides anyone. Importing the same file twice adds nothing.

Lead distribution

How a client's reps get their accounts. Pick the way their team already works, see exactly where every company would go — and why — download it, take their edits back, then approve. Anything a rep is already working stays with them no matter what. Approving writes it down: an audit row, and an episode on every company that moved.

CRM sync

Push-only connector: BCW stays the system of record; the client's CRM receives a nightly projection — worked accounts, contacts, and every call, email, note, and meeting, with the VK grade and reasoning attached. Additive-only: it never reads, edits, or deletes their data. Runs nightly at 7 AM ET; Sync now pushes immediately.
